Great Location, Beds very comfortable, Very Clean,Great Value and had everything we needed

Fantastic location for wanting to be in the heart of Arbroath. Rooms were lovely, bathroom amazing and great bath. Double bedroom was great and bed very comfy. Was apprehensive about the sofa but that proved to be very comfortable.

The two single beds in the smaller room were very low down. There was no shade to block daylight out on the velux window. We were not left a towel each but I am in no doubt that the owners would have rectified this if we had let them know.

Quick and efficient check in. Spacious Massive wardrobe Good use of skylights where there are no windows. Lovely bathroom

The floor is uneven so can be a bit disorienting but that is the building. Under the beds had other people's stuff.

Easy to find good parking very modern and clean very comfortable can’t fault anything.

Didn’t have internet they did say it was being resolved.

The seagulls but nothing can be done we probably noticed more because we live in country side

Location and good price. Not for anyone who wants a pretty view, but an easy walk to the Railway Station and Bus Station. Close to Morrisons and Aldi as well.

Slight problem setting up the TV and WiFi. Struggled to get the shower at the right temperature and work the heating accurately. Perhaps some detailed instructions for old Codgers like me! The two single beds were very low.

There was no WiFi and where I was supposed to drop of key was closed just by chance I spotted the cleaners going into the property
