Hotels infrastructure is good but services are really bad. Most of the front office staff is rude. There is one bald guy at front desk, I guess he is the manager and he is really rude and bad. One front desk person Mr. Pappu was really helpful. No wallet parking, provides only one key even in double occupancy room, giving excuse like if you get second key first gets deactivated .. stupid logic .. only one lift in 72 rooms .. the hotel has lots of scope but with similar staff will not come back again

The room was large.

Every time towels need to be asked for, no hand towel available. Floors are slippery. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were very bad. The reception staff are unwilling to even respond to a query about directions. No hotel taxi or transport desk. One has to go to Ginger next door for travel desk. There is no umbrella in the hotel even in peak monsoon

Infinity pool and the rooftop has a really nice view. Pool itself is extremely average. Rooms are spacious but lacking in basics. Staff - especially restaurant - is polite and eager to help. Rooftop restaurant is a good space to relax and eat, basic gym and other facilities.

I stayed for 6 nights. When I realised what people had paid for Ginger next door, I wanted to kick myself. Fern is overpriced for what it offers. Rooms are spacious but miss some key points - very springy bed, no sheer curtains on large windows that face an apartment building, no writing desk, and not even hand towels provided. Only one key per room "strictly", so everything (including charging devices) shuts off when you step out. WiFi crawls at 3–5 Mbps. In 2025, that’s just embarrassing. I struggled with the internet speed throughout my stay. Also, it's just two devices and they really don't care if you've got more. Fridge was leaking when I checked in. Took them an hour to fix it. The iron was filthy and nearly ruined my shirt. They came up and apologised to me but I realised later that the replacement iron they gave me was the same one - cleaned up. It still was unusable. Strict “no outside food” policy with a bizarre explanation: “Security reasons." Housekeeping staff would clean the room but very inconsistent with replacing water bottles and coffee mugs. Some days they would, some days, they wouldn't. Staff is polite and tries hard - but the hotel itself doesn’t measure up. Fern made me wish I’d stayed at Ginger next door - definitely cheaper and better maintained.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at The Fern Habitat, Goa, from 9th to 12th May 2025. Right from the time of booking, the service was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sanyukta Pargaonkar for her great support. She guided us through the booking process even late at night and made every effort to ensure our room reservations were smoothly handled. Though she was on leave after that, her assistance made a lasting impression. Thank you, Sanyukta! During our stay, we had the best experience with the breakfast and lunch services. Special thanks to Mrs. Dipti and Ms. Anupama, who were extremely attentive and took great care of me and my family. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I truly appreciate the effort they put in to make our experience so comfortable. Overall, The Fern Habitat provided excellent arrangements and has a wonderful team. I felt like I was staying at home, not a hotel. I will definitely choose The Fern again for my future visits. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family vacation! Right from the moment we arrived, we were touched by the warm welcome — they had arranged a lovely personalised message for our kids, which made them feel so special. One of the highlights was the beautifully presented floating breakfast, which added a magical touch to our mornings. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Every small request we made was taken care of promptly and with a smile, which truly made us feel valued. The restaurant served delicious food, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Highly recommended for families looking for a thoughtful and heartwarming experience!

My stay was excellent .Check in on 30/4 to Check out on 04/05/25 was smooth. Everyone at the reception were cordial and helpful.Shobith and Mukul to name a few. Similarly at the restaurant Everyone were very cordial,helpful and warm.Deepti,Anupama,Saket and Pappu to name a few. Housekeeping staff were excellent too.
