Mr. Anand Pujari Best service of House keeping work. Room cleaning & other necessary cleaning is excellent. I appreciate his work. I have no objection about house keeping work. Room Service is best and fast. We are staying in Room No. 201 Vinodkumar Patel.

All the staff were exceptional - they came across as well motivated and managed . Nothing was too much trouble . Great location and we slept well. The question I always ask myself is would I stay there again ? In this case absolutely.

Absolutely nothing to say as my arrival was at midnight and departure was at 10am next morning This was an episode that i would like to forget, despite paying for the hotel in advance but ended up settling for a days hotel stay. Very greedy money grabbing hotelier

everything that had to go wrong has gone wrong From arrival to departure all the hotel was intrested in me paying them their hotel stay bills ,the atmosphere in Goa was set up on an extremely bad footing. The start of greedy night staff to taxi driver who collected us and delivered to the end of my holiday A complete disappointment

Perfect location for relaxing break The hotel is in a peaceful location yet just a couple of minutes walk from the main road where there are restaurants and shops. The beach is a 10 minute walk further on across the main road where there are lots of shakes for eating, drinking and sunbathing. It really is a good specially thanks to sushil...☺️

The hotel is in a peaceful location yet just a couple of minutes walk from the main road where there are restaurants and shops. The beach is a 10 minute walk further on across the main road where there are lots of shakes for eating, drinking and sunbathing. It really is a good location to explore Candolim and further afield. The hotel has excellent staff who go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Dipti was always ready to serve your needs at breakfast and lunchtime and always had a lovely smile. Sabyasachi had our tea and coffee poured ready each morning and ready to serve in the rooftop bar and restaurant. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty with Dipti ready to sort out eggs and bacon. There is a limited western offering but you are in India and we never went hungry. There is enough and the porridge was tasty. The room was a good size with a good shower in the bathroom. It was fab to have a bathroom with good lighting and a full length mirror in the dressing area. Only slight issue was that the water took a little while to go down in the shower but not a major problem. With air con and ceiling fans you could get the room to the perfect temperature. It was lovely to have a large fridge and a kettle in the room. The bed was comfortable. There were numerous plug sockets that took both uk and European plugs as well as a usb socket. The roof top pool is a good size to cool down in. With it being an infinite pool it’s nice to see what’s happening below, seeing local life going on. You can also just about see the sea. There are not lots of beds but there are not many people who spend the day up at the pool, so that wasn’t a problem. Pool towels are available when you request one from the very helpful pool boy. The rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely. The food was really tasty and we had lunch a few times during our trip. The Piri Piri prawns and butter chicken are lovely! The fabulous staff will move the fans so that you can cool down. At night it is prettily lit up for a cold drink. It was easy to get a taxi from the hotel to take you wherever you want to go as there is a small rank at the base of the hotel. We got a taxi from the airport GOI to the hotel for 1400 rupee. Definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Candolim. It clean, staff are friendly and is in a quiet yet in the middle of it all location. Negative: we were in room 705 next to the entrance to breakfast and between midnight and 1am it sounded like they were moving the pots and pans from the kitchen in the rooftop bar and restaurant down to the breakfast kitchen on the 7th floor for breakfast. It was really disturbing hearing the saucepans cluttering about as well as the voices. If that is the case, buy more pots or find a better time to move these! The music at the pool could be a little loud when you just want to relax and read

I would like to thank all the staff & the restaurant team, the staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome and the food is taste and pool area is relaxing , rooms are well-maintained and location is ideal close to beach , we were been there for 3 nights & 4 days

Too pricey for the room and service

It was a really relaxing vacation for the whole family. Good budget option. We sailed and hotel staff took care of all other things for us. Specially restaurant staff lead by Dipti who make sure we get jain meal each day. Thank you so much for making our vacation memorable.
