3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. very clean and comfortable apartment. it is located in very good area right in the begining of the old town streets and gardens, making it very convinient for exploring the city. 200-250m from supermarkets and 100-150m from parking area.

Seville stunning. Location great. Flat pleasant BUT not what we thought we had signed up for

We had selected that it needed to have terrace in the filter. The photos online showed a terrace. The lady who handed us the keys on arrival said we only had access to a communal terrace. This turned out to be untrue. It did not even have access to a communal terrace. I see from other reviews now that others have been duped too. It is deliberately misleading to display such photos when it's not true. The hosts admitted that only 1 apartment has the terrace and it is private to that apartment. We simply would not have booked this place and paid the extra we did had we known that it was just for a flat. Others elsewhere would have been just a lovely but much cheaper.

No place to hang bath towels. Noisy neighbors. Tiny television. Very small bathroom.

The property is in the city center, really close to all important touristic attractions. The room is big, well equiped with a comfy bed. The only thing we didn't lke was the high humidity level. Also, we've faced a negative experience with the personnel. Although we've asked them 3 times if it's possible to drop off our backpacks before the check-in hour (which, by the way, is very late, making you losing almost 1 accomodation day), and they confirmed it's possible, on the arrival day we were told it's no longer possible.

We experienced a number of problems during our stay at your property. We are experience travelers who travel to Europe 3-4 times a year and to be honest, I can only think of one other negative review that I've ever written in the last 20 years. The problems were: 1) communication. Despite all of our communication before our stay was conducted via Booking.com, we waited for an hour to get let into the apartment. We stood on the street as it was cold and raining with my elderly parents who had not place to rest. When your staff person arrived, she informed us that the "operations" people did not use booking.com and that was a different part of the company. She told us that we needed to use WhatsApp instead. As you probably know, people in the US do not use WhatsApp -I have it but don't typically monitor it unless I am doing business or group travel overseas. Once we were informed of this, we did try to communicate via WhatsApp and left messages of problems and no one responded for 2 days. Additionally, we received multiple messages from your company from multiple WhatsApp numbers -making it confusing on what number to reply to. 2) Sewer Gas Smell. There is a horrible smell that emanates from the main bathroom drain. We sent a message but no one responded until the day we left. It filled the entire apartment and was unbearable. 3) Construction. There was no disclosure that construction was happening on two sides of the apartment. We were awaken at 7:45 am with workers arriving and banging tools. By 8am, they were using saws and power tools. This construction is extremely close and very loud. This should have been disclosed or a rate reduction offered. 4) Construction Dust. Vibration from the construction created vibrations and in one of the bedrooms, we had brick dust falling on the bed and on the nightstand. This means the dust was falling in our water glass on the nightstand and on the pillows were we rested our heads.

Location was great! Customer service was efficient and friendly. They got back to me quickly when I texted to ask questions and also provided a great summary of restaurants/things to do/bars etc. The luggage storage the last day was also very helpful as our flight didn't leave until 6:00 pm.

Bed was a bit small for two people who are used to a king size bed. Would have been helpful to have the WIFI password in the room. The location of the luggage storage was hard to find on google maps. However, when I texted they immediately sent me a link to help.
