lovely location. right in the famous spot. nice beautiful view and sunshine. clean and with elevator. restaurants suround and a very good felamingo dance bar accoss the door. not noise since the bedrooms all away from the outside road. staff waiting in the apartment， very friendly.super love this apartment.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the Santa Cruz district

We had problems with the door to the outside terrace, and had to have a handyman out twice to fix the lock. There was less comfortable seating than I'd realised in the apartment.
