Nice apartment. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking.

No air conditioning.

Great location; lots of eateries and resteraunts nearby and within walking distance; great instructions to access and easy to find. Good parking onsite.

Unfortunately, no air con in the hot summer but fans and open door worked well. Tea towel was dirty, made it hard to clean dishes.

The beds were really hard, the bathroom shower floor was dirty, the vent from the kitchen extractor fan constantly banged, the front bedroom smelt and no opening windows as per building code, lack of air flow made the apartment unbearable, the splash back was dirty and needed a wipe.

Lovely and clean, great location, excellent communication. Was just what we needed to get us through some home renovation.

It would have been really handy to have two sets for access (key/swipe card/garage remote) as there's so much security in and out. With the four of us and different places to get to it was a little tricky. Nice to feel safe though 😊

No air-conditioning, apartment can get very warm. Bedroom fan was not working. Cutting boards present but no kitchen knives (only butter knife provided) hard to prepare food. Many small reminders posted around the apartment repeating house rules, this is fine.. but one in bedroom was slightly unsettling mentions blood stain will incur extra cleaning fee. Expected slightly better given the price.

The apartment was hot and the 2nd room was like an oven. Ventilation was poor - no air conditioning and the small tower fans given for each room is not adequate. There should be an air condition for the whole place. The iron was not working and the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap was not properly labeled - confusing as labels were placed on the wall, not on the bottles. The bathroom door was without handle and it was very difficult to open and close it. The closets do not have any hangers.
