No hand soap. no tissues, bedroom smelt of stale cigarette smoke

We liked: Good secure parking and access Great location Plentiful local amenities Prompt response from managing agent

We didn't like: Previously reported issues still not fixed The oven was unusable as there were no oven trays or Pyrex dishes Walkway lights switch on randomly at night and illuminate the twin bedroom, making sleeping difficult Insufficient comfortable seating for 4 persons Lack of consumables for the number of occupants for the stay duration Poor quality towels Shower door seal missing - we stabilised the shower head to avoid spray outside the shower enclosure Total lack of documentation Not a beach front location - there is access to the waterfront around 700 meters away via a steep path, but not a beach Park view: the main window looks out over waste land and nearby car park Issues reported by previous guests not fixed or resolved: Bathroom sliding door not shutting properly or locking Hole in wall above bed Missing oven trays / Pyrex dishes Access door to washing machine and dryer in bathroom

Had a fantastic view from the balcony, lounge and front bedroom of city and sky tower. Great little suburb with heaps of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance and very close to public transport. Very quiet at night. Was comfortable for our group.

Towels need to be replaced very well used and the hand towel was a towel cut in half. Some of the fixtures were loose and needed tightening. Not a large bed more like a double.

Great location for what we needed and million dollar city views

Unfortunately it was the simple things - when paying ‘luxury’ prices you expect luxury extras. It was let down by super cheap, thin, scratchy towels and watered down hand soap - these things don’t cost a lot but do a long way towards an enjoyable stay. Consideration should go to taking some of $500+ nightly charge and spending on some new towels.

Softer bed pillows

Nice spacious apartment. Good wifi. Prompt response with communications. Allowed a slightly later departure of 11am.

Towels were very thin, in need of replacement. The notes on walls, some were quite off putting....if you leave blood or stains on beddings towels you will be charged extra Shampoo, conditoner, bodywash were in unlabelled containers. Had no idea what the ingredients of the products were. No milk for tea/coffee.

Location was superb
