Location, view and size.

Beds pretty hard, could do with mattress toppers, extra blankets and thinner pillows (all thick ones). Only one thin towel each & no face clothes. Bathroom/laundry pretty dirty and shower head needs attention (had to try tighten and ended up putting hand towel over it to stop spraying up at roof). Knives and peeler not sharp and chopping board needs replacing (didn’t use). Internet didn’t work, I let owner know for next guest.

It was good location and comfortable sleeping.

TV was tiny and no vacume in the place to clean up messes

Kitchen issues - mainly due to the lack of power points for toaster & other items such as for phone chargers- and location of coffee machine and microwave. Emails- too much repetition of old email before finding the latest email at the bottom of the chain- and no reply response when I tried to respond to an email or confirm checked out etc

Location

The dishwashing brush had hair caught in the bristles. Also the washing up sponge had fungus on it. The shows head rail was not properly fixed to the wall and wobbly. Also the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor despite our best efforts to stop it.

Great location. The ensuite bathroom was a nice surprise, although it was in the room with 2 single beds, not the room with the queen bed, which seemed a bit odd

The kitchen drawers didn't open/close properly, and the shower head was very loose and kind of flopped around. When you turned the shower on the water shot out straight ahead instead of down, and when you turned it off, the shower head flopped down and looked like it was about to fall off. The beds weren't particularly comfortable and there wasn't enough lounge seating for the 4 of us. There also wasn't any hand soap
