"Belle adresse, maison très spacieuse"

Très grande maison sur 2 étages avec plusieurs terrasses. Très agréable avec un parking juste devant. Bien équipée. Hôte très sympathique qui parle même quelques mots de français

The house is fantastic. Very spacious, nice kitchen, comfy beds, 2 full bathrooms. The owner met us and oriented us to the house. It was easy to park in front. We enjoyed our stay.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Appartamento su due piani, indipendente ampio in una zona molto tranquilla con parcheggio in strada davanti all'edificio. Al piano terra si trovano un bel soggiorno-pranzo, bagno, con doccia, ampia cucina ben attrezzata, giardino con mobili da esterno. Al primo piano due camere matrimoniali, una con letto singolo, bagno con vasca. Il tutto ben curato, pulito tutto perfetto. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la comodità del letto e del cuscino. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere in breve tempo il bel centro di Spoleto e visitare agevolmente tramite una superstrada, tanti altri luoghi. Molto gentile e cordiale il proprietario, sig. Nunzio, che ci ha accolto con simpatia
