Casa completa ed attrezzata con tutti i servizi: tre camere, due bagni, cucina abitabile, soggiorno e giardino. Parcheggio privato in strada. Proprietario disponibile. Zona tranquilla fuori dal centro. Prezzo onesto.

Un solo split del condizionatore in corridoio al primo piano non riesce a rinfrescare la casa quando fa molto caldo. Pulizia migliorabile. Uso lavatrice da richiedere al proprietario perché non sempre accessibile.

Villino tenuto molto bene sia fuori che all'interno. Inoltre posto auto assegnato gratuito.

Dovrei cercare come suol dirsi "il pelo nell'uovo"...

Very nice apartment. A little outside of the center of the city but easy to reach by car. Nunzio was waiting for us when we arrived. He came back rapidly when we forgot the keys in the apartement by mistake! Thanks so much!

The host was incredibly helpful with the check-in process. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. It had two bathrooms and a lovely little garden. The cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen was also well-equipped.

I had an absolutely lovely experience staying at "Un Angolo di Paradiso" in Spoleto. The apartment is perfectly located, making it very easy to reach all the amazing places of interest in Umbria. Whether you're exploring the charming streets of Spoleto or venturing out to nearby towns, the location is ideal for everything. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. Parking was also a breeze, which is always a plus when travelling in this region. But what stood out was the host. So welcoming, kind, and helpful! Nunzio made sure I had everything I needed, and his hospitality truly added to the experience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the Spoleto area. It’s very safe, clean and nice!

Apartment in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Spoleto. A spacious two-story premises with a garden. A large living room on the ground floor and a couple of rooms on the first floor. Two bathrooms in total. Large and well-equipped kitchen. Parking space right next to the house. A friendly and helpful host. Place certainly worth recommending. I was alone, but the place would be enough for several people.

Condominium located in a green area outside Spoleto. Three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds). Nice host who came to give us the keys. Two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside patio overlooking a small garden with a dining table.

Only one air conditioner located in the hallway upstairs. It would have been better to give individual towels to each guest rather than hanging towels in the bathrooms.

I spent a short holidays with my family. The house is big, Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice garden. Ideal for friends and families. Higly recommended!

We liked everyting. I put down just an advice: The property is not in the city centre so the car is essential.
