Chic City Centre Apartment With Allocated Parking

Really clean , walking distance to restaurants and shops

Spacious well presented property , had a homely feel and was well equipped for a few nights stay, on suit bathroom aswell as separate bathroom was an nice added bonus

Only an advisory that the property is on the top floor and might not be best suited to someone who struggles with stairs as there is no lift , for young fit healthy people not a problem

wifi speed is quite slow

Great location and home from home. All the bedding and towels were freshly washed and everything felt clean and fresh

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but I guess if you had mobility issues the walk to the top floor to the appartment could be a struggle

Great location. Everything you need to hand. Apartment was well equipped although we didn't really stay inside that long. Bed was comfortable and bedding fresh

4 flights of stairs was a challenge. The communal areas are dreadful filthy stained threadbare carpets. I was very worried when I first arrived. Thankfully it didn't reflect I side the apartment. Not enough tea and coffee sugar etc supplied. No remote for tv in bedroom. Blind in main bedroom thick with dust clearly been missed a couple of times. Shower tiles could do with scrubbing bleach and a toothbrush. Other than that everything was fine.

The apartment was in a good location, 10 mins walk from the city centre. Great parking that was suitable for a van. The kitchen was well kitted out with lots of utensils.

The WiFi was not great. As our phone signal was so awful in Swansea we were very dependent on the WiFi. We had a really busy day dropping kids off to university and were looking for a very relaxing evening in front of the TV. However the Freeview was dreadful and we could only watch 1 channel. Also the carpet in the communal area / stairwell was dirty and stained. Didn’t make a good first impression.
