Wonderful apartment with all the necessities provided by the host.We checked in around 10:30pm, and we were struggling to find the keysafe, so we contacted the host, who was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Bear in mind that there is no lift, and the apartment is all the way on the top floor.

Location was very good particularly if you arrived by train- facilities of the city centre were very close. Also there were parking facilities which were very useful. The flat was top floor which we found very good- Wi-Fi was clearly marked and worked well. The flat was clean and well proportioned - good and appropriate furniture, kitchen was well proportioned.

The problem would be that you could only pick the key up and 4pm and have to leave at 10am- if you stay for 1 day you only have 75% of a day If the margins were greater ie: leave at 11am arrive at 2pm it would be a more attractive option.

Nothing to like.

The owner cancelled the booking on the morning of the day we were due to arrive with a story about a plumbing issue. Promised a refund the same day. After chasing several times ( gave him a week) I had to contact booking.com to get my refund who I must say were very good and dealt with my issue.

Clean comfortable well furnished in great location

No lift. Hallways need a bit of TLC. Neither were attributable to the flat or the owner. Would have preferred a dishwasher over a washing machine in the kitchen.

"Very good accommodation for our needs."

A lovely spacious apartment with lots of natural light and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering. We had driven, but even without a car the apartment is within walking distance of shopping and family entertainment at Parc Tawe Retail Park. A great base from which to explore Gower beaches by car.

The WiFi was a bit intermittent but this wasn’t a major issue given we were out and about most of the time.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds were really comfortable 😌.

If you struggle with stairs then this apartment is 5/6 flight of stairs up.
