Chic City Centre Apartment With Allocated Parking

Excellent location for visiting my family in and around Swansea

Need to change the arrival instructions e-mail to reflect the correct lock box code for access!

Modern and clean. Nice layout.

TV didn't work in the bedroom.

Forth floor two many steps not comfortable , it will b good if there is a shower mixer in main bathroom

Spacious, clean, close to train station. Beds very comfy.

Location was right next to Student Roost uni accommodation is. Short walk to town and nice walk to beach. Very large carboot sale opposite on a Sunday. Was comfortable clean and had parking

Fab apartment, very clean and easy to find, would def be booking again

Very central location. Tidy and adequate for what we needed. Parking right outside the property. Accommodating host. Sainsbury’s, Aldi and other shops all close by.

If you struggle with stairs this property is not for you. It says no smoking but the bathroom had obviously been used for smoking in. The Main Street is quite noisy at night but that’s not necessarily a complaint it’s to be expected in its busy central location.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean and very central to everywhere

Smell of smoke when we went into the property we had to open all the windows when we arrived
