Rookley Villa, 3 Bedroom Family Apartment, Ventnor

Useful location, close to town centre and very close to public parking.

Dirty, not cleaned properly, dirt under and behind beds, on skirting boards, around fireplace, in drawers, on floors etc. Very small towels, noisy neighbours upstairs, uncomfortable pillows and baby cot. Fridge freezer was like an iceburg and was in need of defrosting. Communal areas dirty too.

A washing machine would have been useful. Also blinds in the front windows to help with the sunlight coming through. Garden area overgrown, could do work a nice table and chairs out the back so that you can relax outside in the evenings

Location, nearby parking, very clean and tidy, very well furnished.

Washing machine if you were doing an extended stay would be useful

The curtains in the main bedroom would have been better if they were blackout.

Location very good and car park nearby was handy but a bit expensive. Apartment was nicely decorated and felt homely.

Maybe a privacy blind on the bedrooms would be a good idea especially double bedroom. Maybe some tidying up and replacement garden furniture. And some shower gel would be a nice touch.
