This was an absolutely horrible and unsafe experience. The apartment was broken into while we were out, and many of our belongings, including cash, jewelry, and personal items, were stolen. The owner was completely irresponsible — he never came to check the situation in person, didn’t help us in any way, and only sent meaningless messages. We were left terrified, alone, and without support in a foreign country. To make things worse, Booking.com also handled the situation terribly. We contacted them immediately, but they didn’t respond for days, so we couldn’t get our refund or any real help. Both the property owner and Booking.com showed zero responsibility and no care for the safety of their guests. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and the owner should not be allowed to rent it out. Booking.com should remove this listing immediately. Never, ever book this place. If you value your safety and peace of mind — stay away.

Sanita quebrada, sofá e cortinas pouco higienizadas, embalagens vazias atrás da máquina de lavar,entrada nada apelativa: aspirador com escova suja e utensílios de limpeza amontoados.
