The location.

The apartment was filthy and messy, with a strong sense of neglect. It was nothing like the photos advertised – completely misleading. The curtain was stained, the walls and windows were in awful condition, and broken furniture was just left abandoned in the corner. There was no TV despite it being listed, and the shower was leaking. What’s worse is that these issues aren’t new. I read older reviews and saw that guests have been raising the same complaints for years, yet nothing has been fixed. Why is the owner still allowed to advertise this property on Booking.com as if it’s in good condition? I hope the owner and Booking.com take guest feedback seriously and start making real improvements — this place could have potential, but only if properly maintained.

It was a beautiful old style building renovated to a good standard.

I arrived ahead of the arrival time and the place was not cleaned. I noticed the mattress was very badly stained with body fluids. I always carry out this check when I arrive in properties. This was disgraceful and disgusting. I had to go and get a mattress cover. I passed on this information to the people who were looking after the property.

they gave us wrong apartment , after 6 days we had to change it even i reported it immediately , afterwards slow replies manipulative staff etc

Very late check in time, late responses from the staff they didn't had any consideration for us no shampoo, ac unit working like a tractor idk im very upset about the money i paid

The location is excellent

There was no hot water for the shower, I had to beg him to fix it until I was satisfied and left after two days and there was no electric kettle for coffee, just a disrespect for the apartment bill
