The Beach Front Apartment - A Beach front in Colombo

Really great location. Calm and peaceful. View of the beach is great. Apartment is spacious and well maintained.

Pool was a bit stale and not really maintained but I'm sure they'll keep it active if explicitly requested.

I loved my stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to do a late check-out. The views from the apartment were breathtaking, and the building facilities were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the stunning sunsets, and the security staff were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, there's a charming local family restaurant just a short 5-10 minute walk away, which added to the convenience.

It's worth noting that the location is a bit far from tourist attractions, which might be a consideration for some travelers. Also, I encountered some trouble with the wifi, which was less than ideal as I needed to work from home during my stay.

The apartment was beyond our expectations. The views are great and the apartment was new with new furniture and fittings. The host Nalin, is amazing and was always responsive and ensured that everything was ready by the time we landed. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The place was very clean, neat and spacious. It was a secured apartment so you can feel safe there. There was a washing machine, microwave, and a stove. That was very convenient for us. Uber eats and PickMe were available there and we could order food without any issues. On top of everything.. OMG the beach view!!! The balcony was facing the beach and that was very relaxing. It was a private beach and was clean. Since the apartment was on the 4th floor, it gave the perfect view. Nalin was responsive and answered all the questions we had. We had to change the check in time multiple times and he was very patient with us. It was very easy to check in although we checked in very late. It was the same when checking out. Very flexible. We wish we knew about the apartment earlier so we could have booked for more days. We totally recommend this place as it exceeded our expectations ❤️❤️❤️

Very nice and big Appartement with sea View. Has everything you need would rekomend it Just the WiFi wasnt that good but everything ealse was great 😊
