1. Location: The apartment is located near Colombo, about 7 km. It is located on the 4th floor. The house has a large swimming pool, on the 13th floor there is a large area for relaxation and watching sunsets and sunrises. There is also an air-conditioned gym and billiards. The house is guarded on all sides by cameras and security personnel. Near the building, there are several good restaurants, an ATM. In Sri Lanka, you can use the Pickme app (similar to Uber) and call a taxi or tuk tuk. You can go to a supermarket 5 km away in SPAR, they have everything you need and alcoholic beverages. 2. layout of the apartment: The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with shower, toilet, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. There is also a living room combined with a kitchen, with 2 sofas and a corner balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment has everything you need, smart TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, air conditioners in every room, boilers in every room, washing machine, and iron. 3. The owner of the apartment is in touch 24/7. If you have any questions , he always helps. His name is Nalin, a very responsible and decent person. 4.
