BpR Violet Noir Apartment with A/C

Beautiful interior, good location, near the railway station, shops, cafes. The house has an elevator, code check-in, no key needed.

Unpleasant communication with registration. The hotel keeps a deposit of 150 euros in case of damage. We had paid the deposit 2 days before check-in, but on the day of check-in, the hotel claimed that the deposit had not been received, even though I had received a confirmation message. Due to this, the registration information was not sent on time. Very dirty floors, air conditioner was leaking.

We loved the location, how spacious it was, and the ease of check in. It was also decorated in a very beautiful way.

We didn’t like that one A/C wasn’t working properly upon our arrival. Despite staying there for 10 days it was never fixed or even looked at. We had to sleep with a mop bucket under the A/C and regularly woke up to it draining water. We are also disappointed that when we asked for towels to clean up the mess and leave under the A/C we were initially told we would be charged. Ultimately they didn’t charge us but it was annoying. After a few days they stopped updating us as to when the A/C would be fixed.

Location and style

Smelling bathroom, a lot of dust on furniture and decoration, ugly carpets... generally less of things in room will be better

Extra pillows, 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Good location, unique design, a little like oldtown feel

The elevator needs to be upgraded.

There was a big problem with the outside door. It was broken on arrival and caused us a lot of delay getting in. Then it was fixed the next day but none of the codes given to us worked so we still had to wait for someone to come in or out of the building to get in ourselves. This was a HUGE inconvenience.

The flat had three bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

The flat was not as clean as expected. There were crumbs on the counter, sewage smell in all three bathrooms, and space seemed cramped due to excessive furniture. Would have liked instructions on how to get out of building.

Comfortable for family with 3 bedrooms which include a bathroom. Good price.

Look nice but the infrastructure is low quality. Bathroom smell bad ( maybe from gas pipes).
