Super Comfort Apartment With 3 Rooms Next To Opera

The apartment is very spacious, well laid out, and nicely decorated. Having a bathroom for each bedroom (plus an extra toilet!) made things super convenient for us. The location is another major plus: surrounded by bars and restaurants and just a 10–15 minute walk to most of the main sights in the city. The kitchen isn’t fully equipped like at home, but it had everything we needed for a short tourist stay (thanks for the coffee!). That said, a few things could be improved, and one must be improved!

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a garbage bag left outside the front door, which wasn't the most welcoming sight and a great first impression - likely just an oversight after cleaning, but still. Inside, the cleanliness could have been better, though nothing that some wet wipes couldn’t handle (some hair and dirty spots here and there). The sheets and towels had a slightly stale smell. The living room is a bit dark due to limited natural light and only one lamp, also the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all during our stay (the listed network didn’t even show up). Now for the biggest issue: THE PILLOWS. They were thin and barely usable. Honestly, most decorative sofa cushions offer more support. These were incredibly flat and uncomfortable. It affected sleep quality, and we ended up with neck pain. Despite the negatives, we enjoyed the space and the location, and we’d consider staying again – but only if they upgrade those pillows!!!

Spacious appartment! Having enough space on holiday is the ultimate luxury. Two separate bedrooms each with own bathroom and a third toilet meant that everyone can have their own space and get ready to go out in their own time. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. The coffee machine was nice. Wi-fi was good. The place felt secure with good door locks and burglar bars on the opening windows. Arrival and departure was easy with a lock box. Matteo responded quickly to all communication.

Nothing really... a few more pillows for the bed would be nice to be able to select a firmer pillow. The two flights of stairs can be dark when arriving at night... so keep your phone torch handy.

we are a family with 3 kids. the windows are facing the interior courtyard, so it was quiet. location - absolutely perfect. plenty of restaurants and bars, and very close to walk places. the apartment itself had 3 toilets, 2 of them with a bathtub. there was plenty of hot water for all of us, morning and evening. the kitchen is fully equipped, big fridge. really - everything was great. each room also has AC, so there were no issues with sleeping arrangements etc.

Great location in the middle of the Jewish Quarter (7th district). Very big rooms, 2 bathrooms and and extra toilet. Well equipped kitchen and coffee machine. Beds were comfy. Bonus for washing machine. Everything was walkable from the apartment. Loved our stay!

Excellent location. Big apartment

We loved the location in the heart of the Jewish district, close to Andrassy Avenue and a short walk from the city centre. The apartment has a good layout for a family of four and we appreciated the two bathrooms and additional toilet. The apartment was clean and simply furnished, providing an ideal base for our short stay in Budapest. There was plenty of hot water, the WiFi worked and we slept peacefully at night because the apartment faces the inner couryard.

The apartment is rather gloomy due to its immer courtyard location and the frosted privacy glass in all the windows. The external walkway to the apartment entrance is not very well lit and a light above the door would have been helpful when arriving 'home' after dark.
