Super Comfort Apartment With 3 Rooms Next To Opera

The property was roomy with high ceilings, two on suite bathrooms, with some original features, in a baroque building.

Baths were slippery. Flights of stairs to climb to reach the apartment

the location was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable. There are two bathrooms and one more toilet with a lavabo. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was ok. The only disappointing thing was that the instruction for the self-check-in was incorrect since the apartment was on the 2nd floor while the first was indicated. But in the end, we asked others in the building.

The location is great. The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable for up to 4 people, the two bathrooms are a very big plus.

I’m sure it will be fixed if not already done, but the shower in one of the bathrooms was not working.

It's quite spacious for us as a family of 4. The AC is working well. The perfect location is perfect. Very good value for the money 💰. The host is very fast to respond. Three toilets in the apartment, which is very convenient 😀😀.

The wifi didn't work on the first night when we arrived. However, the host quickly got us a new wifi ruter the next day. There is neither cooking oil nor washing powder (just so you know)

Pros - The apartment is well furnished - The location is central - Easy and fast check-in

Cons However there were two problems which landlord didn't tell us about before our stay. -The radiotors are broken, you can use the manual ones but it's not really the same thing -The WiFi is not working I understand that this problems can happen however, since they were already known, it shouldn't be the customer to ask but the landlord to warn before enter the apartment In both cases we discover those issues on our own The second one had a big impact since we were people in smart working and we had to add pay an additional cost on our phones Suggestions It could be a good idea to provide more sheets and cuscions for the beds The actual ones are not the worst but even not the best

Excellent location, big spaces of the house, good facilities and services. Would definitely choose this house again!
