Wonder Deer Luxury Apartment at the Opera self check-in

The location for first-comers is perfect! You are situated near metro stations, exchange offices, famous restaurants and cafeterias, markets, etc., so it wouldn’t be hard for you to navigate through the city. The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The host is open and friendly about any question, petition or problem.

I want to mention two tiny things that can be quickly addressed. Firstly, one of the problems was the heating. I’m not sure whether this is related to the gas crisis or something else, but at some points during the day, the temperature within the apartment can drop, and you can feel it. That also must be related to the apartment design since it has high ceilings, so you need extra heating to keep it warmer, particularly during the winter. Maybe for some people, this would be extra problematic. Keep in mind that you can't control the heating rate. Another thing is about the blankets and pillowcases. Some felt a bit smelly, so an extra cleaning of pillows and covers would be helpful.

Great accommodation in a great location, a genuine home from home. Right in the middle of the busy Synagogue area but as soon as you enter the building there is silence. Very safe and secure accommodation in a super location. The apartment is very large with everything and more you could need with restaurants, shops and bars around the corner. The host is very responsive and helpful. I tried not to bother the host but when I did she responded immediately with help and a solution. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again on my next Budapest visit.

Not a criticism but if you are a couple and one goes home then you have to leave the keys downstairs which means you can't lock the apartment door - could of done with 2 keys really but it is not a fault or criticism.

Beautiful apartment, centrally located

Close to center, most places of interest were walkable. Those that were not transport links, bus/metro/tram less than 5 minutes walk.

Location great. Clean and equipped as described

We had a power cut so would advise not to put on more than a couple of appliances. We had air con and the cooker on at the same time and it went off. Nothing was showing as tripped so we rang owner who was away so unable to help herself but found someone but in the meantime it came back on anyway so was fine in the end.

I enjoyed the apartment, the location is fantastic to explore Budapest. The host was fantastic!

"Finding parking while travelling with a car can be a bit challenging. The good news is that there are plenty of parking garages nearby. It's a great idea to book in advance to ensure you secure a spot, as these garages tend to fill up quickly."

Great location. Safety at the building was high. Spacious apartment with separate toilets from bathroom.

Small kettle, no washing powder for machine provided. Had to request the check in details the evening before we left UK.
