Wonder Deer Luxury Apartment at the Opera self check-in

Great place to stay , spacious apartment with everything you need. Short walk to city center, plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Would recommend.

Lovely and spacious apartment in the city center.

It was a bit chilly in the evenings. Parking costs 28€ a day and not 18€ as written in the description.

Locationn was good. Walking distance to a number of the sights and lively neighbourhood but not noisy at night. Apartment is spacious.

Everything needed was provided. A small carton of milk would have been useful.

1) location in central area 2) good noise sound proofing despite the party crowd nearby 3) large clean sitting room with lots of space - well furnished. 4) bathroom separate from toilet 5) excellent shower and hot water. 6) wide range of shops and restaurants nearby. 5) Eva expects you to find whatever you need in the apartment. As she said to me, we don't have a receptionist to answer queries, like in a hotel.

1) there is NO lock inside the front door. Anybody can enter into the property whilst we are inside or at night. We slept with bedroom door open. 2) bedroom curtains short. They fit the window size but don’t cover the ends. So sun comes right into your face or at foot end in early morning. 3) bed small : good for young couples but adult couples need space to move. 4) no space for bags - had to keep them on the sofas or outside by toilet door. 5) AC goes to sleep mode at 22 degs. - had to be reduced to 21 deg to get air movement. 6) lift scary - 1930's model? Very old and small. 7) only one set of keys given so if two people have different schedules, impossible to enter apartment as everything is key controlled. 8) Owner describes apartment as “luxury apartment next to Opera”. In reality, in my humble view, it is “a comfortable well furnished apartment not far from the Opera”. The Opera house is actually nearly 450 metres away. There is a definite difference between the two phrases in terms of quality of facilities in apartment and distance. 9) large pillows too uncomfortable, small pillows had no pillow covers. 29 June - this is in reply to the owner's response - it is obvious that she does not like criticism of her apartment. After posting my review, i saw earlier reviews and noticed her angry outbursts each time. If a tenant stays and makes honest comments eg there is a washing machine but no dryer and a 2ft x 3 line drying line and then tells me (and others) go use a laundromat or stay in a hotel, that reflects her negative attitude of accepting reader views. Booking.com should look into such owner comments. Very sad she does not accept facts, Did she really count my queries ? These are all helpful suggestions we give so that the property can be improved.

Apartment was clean, spacious, nicely finished and well located. Owner was communicative and provided all details in advance. Inside of the apartment you will find all necessary equipment.

There was dishwasher but no tabs. The same with coffee machine and no capsules. Wouldn't expect a lot but few of them would be nice - e.g. 1 per guest/day.

Location and all facilities

Location is super. The Apartment is so classic with european style and the space is huge.

suggest to have a wine opener in the kitchen.
