Modern, Quiet & Cozy Apartment in the middle of Downtown near Danube at Fashion street

LOCATION- you can’t get much better than this. Central to so much and half an hour from the airport. Would not want to stay further out. APARTMENT- perfect… we could not ask for a better apartment. It was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, sofa, warm and plenty of space. HOST- Erna was lovely.. you will be very well looked after!

We loved everything!

The location is simply perfect. It's completely strategic, and you can walk to all the points of interest in no more than 40 minutes since it's in the center of everything. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and has absolutely everything one might need. The kitchen is equipped with everything a kitchen could have.

There is nothing I didn´t like.

Everything was exceptional, Erna was extremely welcoming, the apartment was immaculately clean, and the location is perfect, would highly recommend.

Erna was a very good host who greeted us in the evening after a long day. We had big suitcases so the lift was very handy to 3rd floor. We were going on a Viking river cruise and the location was 5 minutes by taxi to the docking station. It's a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth bridge and the river foreshore. The Big Bus also has a stop 3 minutes away. There are many places to eat and modern shops all around. Hungary Hell's Kitchen was 2 doors away and we recommend it - for a discount - ask Erna. Grocery stores are very close and you have choice.The beautiful buildings are all around. The apartment was very clean, quiet and had all the modern amenities required. Thank you Erna for a beautiful apartment and hospitality.

There was nothing to dislike.

The host has a very kind and mothering personality. And went out of her way to accommodate us when we were delayed to check-in and when came late (23:30)due to missing out flight. She provided us with little welcome gift and water, which was very sweet. . The apartment was always warm and comfortable. It felt like being at home. Especially the sofa, big enough for multiple people to relax on. You will hear no noise so you will rest and sleep easy. The appliances were up-to-date and clean. The shower was lovely and she had all the necessities so new need to worry about liquid allowances on flights. Great location, very close to multiple tourist sites with plenty of shops, a Lidl and Aldi and cafes near by. If we're ever in Budapest again we hope to stay here..

Location is great. You have everything in the apartment. Additional pillows , private controlled heating, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric stove, washing machine, a big size refrigerator, iron, a lot of dress hanger, big wardrobe. Illumination is various and you can adjust according to your mood. You stay in the center, immediate vicinity of public transport and tourist attraction points at walking distance and meanwhile you enjoy the silence and the historical building with modern interior decoration. And best is the owner of the apartment, Erna.

Emma was a wonderful person and very hospitable, she immediately made us feel at home. The apartment had all the conditions, fully equipped. The location is top. 10/10 would recommend!

Nothing, everything was great

Great location very close to transport links, and a real oasis in what is a very old apartment block. The apartment itself has been modernised and is spacious, with high ceilings. Had to share the fridge freezer space in the kitchen area, the cupboard and wardrobe space in the 2nd bedroom with the owner (though we didn’t need the 2nd bedroom or the freezer) but this didn’t bother us at all as it’s like staying in a family home. The shutters in the main bedroom are great as provide blackout. Erna, the owner was very quick to communicate and to help out with any problems - she is a most reliable, efficient and caring person who personally looks after the property

Excellent location, exceptional hospitality and good facilities in the apartment. The hostess kindly provided me with traditional Hungarian Christmas dinner for me to warm up at my own convenience. Superb hospitality and cleanliness!
