The front door, you have to lock it when inside as well, restroom door was hard to open and curtains in the left room weren't dark enough.

The door lock in the bathroom and toilet was broken and I was terribly tired of opening it. There was only one body towel per person and they asked us to pay extra for a face towel. I stood at the door in the cold with heavy bags and they didn't let us in 5 minutes before the apartment was ready.
