Very good location. Easy to find parking (pay and display), clean and tidy apartment.

No lock on the toilet door. The door was faulty so it didn’t close properly. The heating in the front room didn’t work. The rest of the apartment was nice and warm.

it was a bit cold even if the heating system worked. Apartment is very big and comfortable and outside it was cold, maybe that is the reason. But in general very very satisfied.

Lots of ants in the kitchen. No communal area or living room to sit together for 6 people.

The place was very clean and the space is very well distributed. The location is, of course, great. The communication was also very easy and efficient! Highly recommend!

My only suggestion was to have more hand towels and bathroom mats available. One hand towel and one bathroom mat is way too little for a group for a couple of days.

Everything was excellent, the apartment is located at the central part and is close to the tram and bus stops. Close by it is a mini market which is open 24/7. The apartment is spacious. We were 5 6 4 adults, and a teenager, and it was comfortable. The apartment was clean, and it had all appliances. Easy to find it and enter due yo clear instructions. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower cabin, washing machine. The kitchenette has also a dishwasher.

The apartment was very convenient and spacious. The location of the apartment was great, only about 20-30 minutes from the most of sightseeing. There were a lot of stores near too. Of we had no problem about the dry machine it would be perfect. The espresso machine also was never in the room, but that was not a big issue for us.

It was mentioned that there is an espresso machine in the apartment, but we never found it. We also contacted the apartment's customer service through their Viber (we found it on their website) but we never found a solution about it.There was also mentioned that there is a dry machine together with washing machine in the room, but we unfortunately managed only to wash our clothes. The dry section did not work. The clothes were wet. We also contacted customer service about it but they never responded. Thankfully there were lot of heat radiators in the room and we dried our clothes. But it was stressful and very unpleasant.
