Das Haus, die Wohnung und die Lage sind einzigartig. Ich würde meiner Bewertung glatt "10" geben, wenn nicht dieser Lärm von aussen (Müllabfuhr mitten in der Nacht/Früh, Strassenreinigung mit ur lauten Machinen, ...) ist. Das Appartment ist sehr charmant und hat alles, was ein City/Beach Urlaub braucht. Sogar einen Strandschirm und Wäscheständer habe ich entdeckt.

Wir mussten uns dem Rythmus der Stadt anpassen, um die "Lärm-Freie" Zeit zum Schlafen zu nutzen. Da der Lärm ein "External Faktor" ist, kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Das Bett ist ziemlich schmal (1,40?) dafür bequem. Ich war mir auch nicht sicher, ob das "Türcodesystem" reicht - eventuell könnte man es doch so einrichten, dass man die Türe auch von innen manuell verschliessen kann bzw einen Schlüssel nach Appartmentübernahme noch reicht.

The location is amazing! The apartment is generally very nice, clean, and well-equipped for a short stay, though it feels a bit cramped for three people. Loved the balconies! While technical issues with the booking app caused delays in receiving messages, Xavi was incredibly helpful and ensured a smooth, quick check-in process. The ability to store luggage after check-out was also greatly appreciated.

While the stay was overall very pleasant, there are a few areas for improvement. As noted in previous reviews, the street noise can be quite loud in the evenings. Additionally, the small window on the apartment door would not close properly, allowing noise from the stairwell and elevator to be heard throughout the night. Regarding amenities, a full-length mirror would be a valuable addition, especially for groups, as the vanity mirror is insufficient. It would also be helpful to install a shelf in the shower for personal toiletries; currently, items must be placed on the floor, which is inconvenient. While the property does provide shampoo and shower gel dispensers, guests often prefer to use their own products. Despite these minor details, the stay was highly enjoyable, and the experience was positive overall.

The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, and modern, located in a lovely part of the city. Xavi was an amazing host, very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment deserves 100/10.
