I only like the location of the apartment.

STAY AWAY FROM this apartment! A host asked about the refundable deposit of 150euro by a bank transfer or cash. I had to transfer money to get a code for a lock where the key were. I have never had experience with smartlocks and communication with the host on whatsapp was far from being pleasant. Not a right start of holiday. A week after check-out I still did not get my deposit back. I have contacted the host on whatsapp, via booking.com, calling & he just disappeared without any explanation! Check a similar review about deposit being kept from August (I wish I could have seen it before). I will start a dispute via booking.com regarding this case - stove does not work - there is bar or disco close by that is open on fri/sat till 3-4am/no sound isolation - there are cockroaches spotted in the bathroom and kitchen - communication skills of the host should be improved

Una 3 persona nos hizo fotos al DNI y envió nuestra documentación por una aplicación, totalmente saltándose la protección de datos. Si el dueño hubiese venido y pedido un copia sin ningún problema. Ciertos comentarios había de tema cucarachas? La verdad es que son ciertos. No eran grandes si no pequeñas, pero había cucarachas en el apartamento. Nos negamos a pagar una fianza externa que se pedía en efectivo o en transferencia ya que no vimos lógico esto sabiendo que en booking existe un seguro, entiendo que a lo mejor no es suficiente para el dueño pero es algo que me parece ilegal estando anunciado en booking. Ciertos comentarios también hablaban sobre el ruido, nosotros fuimos en finde semana y en agosto, salvo el domingo por la noche, se escuchaba todo y bastante, desde música hasta la gente de fiesta por la noche, la excusa de doble acristalamiento no es válida como he visto en otros comentarios, ya que la realidad es que se escuchaba. Pienso que si vas entre semana o en periodos de bajo turismo (no en verano) arreglasen el tema de las cucarachas sería un apartamento al que tener en cuenta sobre todo por su ubicación.

Worst owner ever, he asked additional 150 euro deposit via sms, he didn’t want to give us key or explain normally, we called police, he turn off mobile. It was so stressful, the worst stay ever and I am on booking more than 20 years. Shower did not work all time in August. Avoid this even if they pay you to stay there.

Avoid this property in every case. It’s not safe. Dirty. Shower did not work. Owner did not picked up phone after so many text or calls. We called police went to police office. He asked 150 euro for deposit never mention before. I will sue him because my father is lawyer. Don’t go there even it’s free.

Tres bon appartment dans le coeur de la ville, tres prope et bien equipé, avec charme et une belle decoration, recommendé.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad, la intimidad y la limpieza. La playa estaba a 5 minutos pasando por el casco antiguo. Personal muy amable y apartamento super bien equipado

The property looks like in the picture. Perfect location, close to Mercado, tram station, restaurant and supermarket.

Communication with the owner is terrible, he was even rude. Take more than 24 hrs to respond. Make sure to have the entry to the property introduction clear before hand.

Its good apartment, clean and on the great location.

NOT STAY HERE - Host is very cheep and overall experience was awful, first you book non refundable apartment and following comes : 1/ they are asking for additional charge of 20EUR for towels and sheets ( and for 2 person you end up with 2 small/medium towels) 2/ they charge you additional 10eur because you didn’t told them exact time of arriving (even they haven’t asked for it and wrote its free of charge until 10pm) 3/ once you arrive to apartment lady (btw poor lady) is requested to ask you to show your backpack so she can see if you brought your sheets or not and then she ask yo to move to move to bathroom (so you dont see her) and she can open locked cabinets in the kitchen and make your base It really ruins your mood and holiday vibes!

Very nice staff, apartment very clean and well equiped. Big TV set and new AC working fine. At 5 minutes by walk from the beach and at the very center of town, all perfect.
