Very nice apartement, with a lot of space and well distributed at the very heart of Alicante perfect for our visit We really loved it

The cleaning lady was waiting for me in the apartment.

No signs for "Sunny Apartments" at the address. Just a hallway entrance with a row of generic buttons. Called the owner. As I talked to him a couple came out of the building and let me in. When inside I asked the owner where to go next and he answered "Don't invent things": I should have followed only his instructions! Extremely unpleasant conversation. The apartment was clean but very noisy, I could hear every conversation from other apartments, screeching of chairs and walking on the tiled floors. A bucket under the boiler to collect the dripping water. Worn out furniture. After two nights I found a hotel by myself.

Great apartment at the centre of the all town in a brand new building, very comfortable and quiet. Beach is at 5 min walk and there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets around, The apartment has around 48 m2 and is very well distributed and is very clean. Staff is very nice and willing to help. Alicante is a wonderful city, very nice to walk and live.

Some rainy days in this period of the year

Spotless and perfectly located apartment, at the very heart of the historical town, in a brand new modern building, very comfortable and very well furnished, excellent wifi and abundant crockery, Large and spacious. Beach is at a mere 5 minutes walk. Well recommended !

Top brand new apartment in a new building, with all comfort and devices. Located at the old town, 5 min from the beach and from the commercial centre, with cents of restaurants adn supermarkets around, very nice for a stay

Too many tourists on the beach, Alicante is getting crowded, it is the best secret in Spain

Located at the very heart of Alicante, 5 min from beach and from restaurants with very good food. The place is very new and clean and we were very comfortable.

COCKROACHES!!! STAY FAR AWAY THIS PLACE AND THE OWNER!!! Unfortunately our holiday was ruined because of this place and the low supports of the owner! First of all when we asked if it's possible to bring luggages to the apartment around 11 am, he said it's possible only with extra cost 25€, even the room was ready. When we asked another blanket since it was cold and we were 2 persons, he said that "not in any country people have that and it's not normal to have 2 blankets" that we should be ok sharing one.. He also asked pictures of our credit cards, which we did not give to him. Last but not least we noticed cockroaches on the kitchen table and rest of the apartment and that made us to leave this place! Not only we needed to get rid of our clothes and luggages we never got any refund from the owner!! We only got 100€ from Booking. The owner stopped answering when sending message about the problems.. ALSO at the end the owner canceled my booking, that I would not have possibility to warn any other people. After several calls to Booking, I got to write this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR HOLIDAY AND HEALTH. <3

Best location at Alicante, literally at heart of old town, 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to town hall, shops, supermkt, etc. Apartment is very nicely decorated, quiet and relaxing. Very well presented and organised for a nice stay. Fully recommended at its best.

Top quality apartment, brand new in old town. Beach at 3 min walk from apartment and excellent features, good AC and wifi, maximum confort. The team is very nice and useful, our stay was smooth and relaxing
