"Great apartment in a friendly neighborhood"

The apartment is located in a neighborhood where you can meet mainly locals (at least not in the high season). I really like it. The apartment and the building offer everything you need during a stay. It is also an easy access to touristic parts of Alicante. Moreover, the owner was helpful and very responsive. It made the stay really great!

Ana was soooooooo lovely & helpful. She sent links to everything we requested and her recommendations were great! The apartment was immaculately clean, the pool was FABULOUS!! Great location!

"Wonderful apartment near San Juan beach"

The apartment was superb, Ana was so helpful, available for our late arrival. The facilities are excellent, clean, ample supply of everything you could need, the pool is lovely and the padel tennis was brilliant fun. Can't wait to go back! Thanks again Ana

Apartment located inside a new residential building, quiet, clean, underground parking available, located not so far from the public transport (~ 800 m from L4 & L5 tram lines ) and ~1 Km from San Juan Playa. The owner was friendly and willing to help with any info.
