1. Location great. 2. Great and quick response from host when told TV not working

1. Foyer on floor was a sauna (a/c not working) 2. Flooding in parking area 3. Not properly cleaned 4. Bedside lamps not working 5. Dishes not stacked properly in cupboard. Left in dishwasher.

Clean,neat and tidy appartment,close to everything

A great location, close to the CBD. Guidance to find the keys and parking was convenient. The rooms were quiet.

Dusty TV unit, very old rug and dirty couch in the living room. The rug and couch needs replacement. Dusty furniture again in bedrooms. Unpleasant smell in rooms.

Close to shops and CBD. Quiet and clean. Extra blanket and towels if needed. All amenities needed were on display.

The pool looked bigger on the photos.

Location was excellent

The instructions for finding the keys initially were unclear but the person on the phone was very helpful The car park instructions were wrong. We only found our parking place by walking from the lift and then walking through the car park to find the route There was no long mirror in the flat

Great instructions and it was an easy location with easy access to pickup the keys.
