Splendid 2bd 1bth 1csp Apt - Superb CBD Location

It was so close to everything and even though it was in the middle of the city it was not too noisy

It was very complicated getting the key and getting into our car park was not easy.

the are crimals and the apartment was very dirty with hair all over the place

dryer don't work and very difficult to get keys and the direction is the worst the will give excuses to withhold your security deposit

Good location but a stressful experience to collect keys and navigate the carpark instructions taking almost 2 hours to do so and then discovering we were issued with the incorrect keys

only 2 wine glasses for 4 people broken leg on coffee table 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper with no tissues convaluted and incorrect instructions for accessing lock box to obtain keys for accomm.instructions with wrong code incorrect keys to access secure parking-2 hour trip in and out of carparking to obtain entry with no access to Wi-Fi or phone service underground with unclear and incorrect parking instructions

I am writing to let you know how upset I was with your check in process firstly your supposed real estate office a container in a lane way with a lock box does not equate to a real estate office then to the parking structure such convoluted instruction had to go round 3 times and still didn’t get it right so ended up in wrong building only because of some residents in there did we eventually get to the apartment after 1 hour to be greeted with a furnace inside because curtains left open and sun streaming in air conditioner unable to cope or not working properly .Completely ruined our holiday went home day early so would never recommend to anybody.
