Great place and the bonus of secure parking

Location excellent. View

Very difficult to get into the apartment. Need to pick up keys from another building. Only one AC control. No plugs in bathroom No windows in one room.

Location was fantastic

The view was a little disappointing.

Location

Very small, bedding was poor, directions to parking space was confusing, having to go off site to pick up the keys wasted time, outside area was unusable, expected guests to empty bins, checking out was unnecessarily complex and time consuming. Charging extra for 15 minute increments on checkout time not a good idea, particularly as check in was not until 3pm.

Convenient location

* Clothes dryer was dripping from each leg when we arrived and there was a large puddle of water from this on the washing machine. It took another 2 hrs for the bath mat inside to dry. * A clothes airer for wet washing would have been great considering the dryer was incredibly low heat and slow. * Only 4 mugs for 5 occupants.

Excellent location Perhaps some info about where local supermarkets were (Canberra Centre). Possible restaurants such as those in Lonsdale St.

Clearer instructions for accessing car park. The last instruction needs to state explicitly ignore right turn arrow which takes you out of car park into street. Instead turn left to locked grate door. Otherwise fine Some simple instructions for using induction top on stove. Speaking as someone who has an induction top

Key pickup was annoying.
