Close to everything in Sawtell. Easy parking. Had everything we needed

Very low end complex. Some yelling arguments during the night by residents but nothing further

The property is close to the main centre, and the pool was clean and refreshing.

The carpet in the hallway had a bad smell. There was minimal privacy in the apartment, the second bedroom was a makeshift wall and access to the bathroom was through the makeshift bedroom with no door. The apartment was very old and the fans were noisy. It was disappointing, as we have stayed in this complex before but the room from our previous room was much nicer. The apartment was not worth what we paid for it. The apartment however was clean, but needs updating.

No undercover parking, & another tenant decided to take my room 9 designated park! Games room should have been unlocked between 9am & 9pm, but the Asian permanent on-site lady decided that she didn't like this & locked it during the day, I had to go to the real estate to get it unlocked! I was flooded with emails prior about how high the quality standard of accommodation, cleaning & maintenance was, yet there was no air conditioning, 🥵 2 x ceiling fans didn't work, & 2 x ceiling lights didn't work! 👎 I honestly think that some1 was taking the piss! 🥴

The location is excellent. The unit is tidy and mostly comfortable.

The only thing would be the mattresses require replacement. The queen mattress is like sleeping on an ironing board. Extremely hard. The single mattress I slept on was sunken slightly on one side where people have been sitting on the edge over time. It felt like you were rolling to that sides edge if you didn't sleep on the other edge. Looked to book for the same time next year. It appears Holiday Coffs Coast have now become involved in the booking process and the price quoted has gone up over 140% for the same period in 2026 (November), $1050 to $2440 for 6 nights. Called Holiday Coffs Coast to see if that was a mistake. Was told "no it is not a mistake, it is just the policy". Been staying at Coasters each year for a number of years now with a large group of golfing mates and acquiring many rooms. Unfortunately I will not be returning due to the ridiculous and outrageous price increase. THE PROPERTY IS SIMPLY ONLY JUST WORTH WHAT I PAID IN 2025, CERTAINLY NOT $2440 FOR ME.
