two-floor comfort apartment

The location was great for this apartment.

The smell in the house was really bad and musky. Lots of carpets were heavily stained. The upstairs beds were both broken and dangerous for people to sleep in in case the rolled during the night. The downstairs bedroom was spacious, but again the smell did not help us with getting a good night sleep. The main bedroom was fine and so was the kitchen.

The location was conviniet so we were able to walk around the city without using public transportation.

The property wasnt clean enough the floor, beds werent neat at all. they didnt use new sheets for beds. before checking in we paid 200 euros as deposit, so in any case if we damaged the property they would be able to charge us. we arrived in Budapest at 9 a.m and we ask the owner whether we could check in but they wanted around 50 euros for early check in, and in the last they charge us around 40 euros because of a missing blanket and we explain them this was a backpack travelling and this is impossible to take a blanket we ourselves but they didnt convinced although we are discussing this with customer service to give us a logical explanation. So hope you are enjoying your stay and be carefull of being over charged.

The property was so dirty. Dirty towels and sheets, smell from mold. Spent 1 night here from 4, and the owner doesnt want to refund. They have different pictures about it, not like the as it now.

Everthing. First of all the bed sheets were full of holes from cigarettes. The host decided to frame us and made up we caused that damage when we don’t even smoke. We even sent proof (pictures of the bed sheets from as soon as we got there) to make sure we could prove those holes were already there when we got to the apartment. He has finally charged us 200€…not fair at all. Also, the pictures of the apartment don’t have anything to deal with how it actually looks like in real person. His communication with us was ridiculous, he was rude and did not care about any trouble we had while being there. I do not recommend this apartment at all.

The location is very good, the apartment have a lot of space . Very good for the price

There wasn't good internet in the ground floor. By the time we unloaded in 10 minutes we got a parking ticket, there is no place where you can park and pay by card

Good location

They take 7€ out of the 200€ you pay as deposit, they say it is because of bank charges but they don’t prove it or show any document (the payments were in euros in SEPA arra countries). The apartment is extremely humid (like mold) in the basement and it is very dirty.

They blocked an additional 200 Euros, which we did not know beforehand. Accordingly, our plan was settled.

Excellent property in a central, atmospheric location. Host was very accommodating and allowed early check in, would defintley recommend this property for groups visiting budapest
