two-floor comfort apartment

Location was close to where we wanted to stay.

Not all beds were made up, advertised as a 3 bedroom but didn’t specify that one bedroom is underground & one is just a little nook on top of main floor, no windows. Shower didn’t look tempting to be used. Location is directly across a club so it was kinda noisy at night.

Underground room was very nice. it was like newly renovated.

Bathroom was quite small.

The location is great; you're in a good neighborhood with loads to do. The host was nice enough in determining that the flat wasn't clean enough, so he invited the cleaner the second time around.

Even though there is a plethora of rooms, the liveability of most is questionable; specifically the room in the basement which smells of mold. Despite the host being approachable when we first saw him, on our requests to get bedsheets, he stopped responding. Regardless of the cleaner coming for the second time, we weren't satisfied by the level of hygiene. We found male underwear below the bed and a cockroach behind the toilet...

Great location, about 10 mins walk to St Stephen Basilica and Elizabeth’s Bridge. Spacious apartment on multiple levels.

The apartment is suitable for younger crowd and bigger groups, very party friendly. I didn’t find it safe with two little kids (age 2 and 6) as it has very steep, ladder style steps to upper and lower bedroom. Not the finishes through the property which correlates to cleanness.
