Quiet very central & stylish apt

The location was very central. Easy access to all modes of transit as well as being walking distance to many points of interest. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Beds were comfortable A/C was adequate. Host was good with responding to questions but would only communicate via email. Phone accessibility would make the experience better.

The apartment is not quite as new as shown. The walls were dirty and scuffed up (need repainting). There are several repairs that need attention. During a heavy rain there was a roof leak in a corner of the hallway. The most concerning problem was the sewer gas smell in both bathrooms. The host was trying to address it by offering room air fresheners and suggesting to open windows but the problem is with the plumbing. We had to leave the bathroom fan running non stop and that didn't help. There was noisy construction being carried out the whole time we were there (not the fault of the host). It would be a shame if the host doesn't fix the negative issues. The place would be awesome if these items were corrected. Hopefully the host will do whatever necessary to correct the problems.

Não tivemos água quente, a sorte foi o host ter outro airbnb e mudamos de lugar. As portas da casa de banho estavam lascadas. A “portada” da janela do quarto perto das casas de banho não fechava, era incomodo dormir quando o sol aparecia

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and stylish. The location was great and close to everything we needed. Also, the price was very reasonable for what it offered. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect. In the middle of everything! Rooms nice and spacious.

No hot water so couldnt use the showers for our full stay. Had to pay to use other facilities. Not much urgency from the staff. I had to brush off dead flies from my bed! The drains smelt soooo bad and we had to buy cleaning supplies to help freshen it up a little, not that it helped much!

The rooms were very confortable and clean.
