Quiet very central & stylish apt

Our experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The reservation was fully prepaid for 5 people, but when we arrived at the property, there was no one there to check us in. We waited outside for more than two hours with our luggage and received only automated messages. No responsible person ever showed up. We have even completed the form of accommodation at roomsoft.hu for which the owner repeatedly sent us messages in order to do so. Even though they had already taken our money, they did not provide the accommodation and asked us to cancel the reservation ourselves to avoid responsibility. Because of this behavior, we were forced to book another hotel at the last minute and pay extra, going over our budget. A complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect towards guests. I do not recommend this property to anyone – it was one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had.

La ubicación es de 10. Y se descansa muy bien. Sin ruidos.

Falta un poco más de limpieza y la cafetera, aparte de pequeña, no vale para esa vitroceramica ya que es de inducción y la cafetera no vale

Senza dubbio ottima accoglienza al momento dell'arrivo e flessibilità per il check-in anticipato apprezzatissimo. La posizione è comoda, a pochi passi dalla metro e dalla fermata bus per la navetta che ci ha riportati all'aeroporto. Camere con spazio sufficiente, molto comodi i due bagni che, seppur uno dalle dimensioni ridotte, offre due docce che sono risultate estremamente comode permettendoci di prepararci in tempi dimezzati. Uscendo dalla struttura, la zona offre vari locali dover poter consumare bevute o dove poter mangiare un boccone fino a tardi.

Purtroppo la cucina non disponeva di stoviglie sufficienti per un gruppo di 6 persone, ma data la disponibilità dell'host forse sarebbe bastato chiedere direttamente a loro in caso di mancanza di utensili da cucina. Lo spazio comune coincide con la cucina che si trova all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Nonostante il profumatore posizionato nel bagno più piccolo, si avverte un leggero odore di fognatura.

Great location right in the center of the city, great staff, easy check-in & out. Apartment had everything you would need.

One of the bathroom smells weird cause of the ventilation, but i don’t think it’s the hosts’ fault as there might be problems in the whole area.

L’établissement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout, du centre, des transports en commun et des magasins de proximité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cela. La climatisation est un vrai plus surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses.

La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer, en arrivant nous avons dû nous même redonner un coup d’aspirateur car il y avait des cheveux par terre. Il y avait des traces très étranges sur les matelas. C’était vraiment très sales. Les salles de bain devaient avoir un problème de canalisation car il y a une odeur très désagréable, particulièrement dans la petite salle de bain. Nous avons vraiment été déçu par cela. L’appartement est situé à proximité des bars donc le soir cela reste assez bruyant mais ce n’est pas trop dérangeant.
