A warm and cozy environment, friendly neighbors, and just a five-minute walk from the subway station. If I had to choose again, I would still pick this place.

Close to the Subway station (Kosciuszko), close to convenience store. Comfortable and cute. Cooking hut is very effective. I liked the complimentary fruits and that the doors are unlocked with a code, not a key. Quiet times were respected, and neighbours were very nice. The fridge is great, and all the appliances inside the apartment worked as expected. The couch is comfortable, so is the bed. You get quite a good selection of pillows. Decor is nice and there is a little skylight in the kitchen which is extra nice when it rains. The hardwood floor is beautiful. The bedroom is very spacious. The landlady is very nice. :) Noteworthy mention: I have nice leg muscles from all those stairs, seriously happy about this!

Wifi is useless late at night until the wee hours of the morning, so I couldn't watch on the tv most nights. Stairs are very narrow (was on the 3rd floor), and to get hot water (bath/shower), you have to crank the lever to almost closed position, which means low pressure. So your bath fills up very slowly, and your shower pressure is weak. Couldn't get the heating system in the bedroom to not be noisy (it gets stuck when it moves the panes, and I couldn't get them to stop moving.) but ended up heating the room up before bed instead. I wish we were given thicker covers for the bed, they were on the thin side and am not used to sleeping in a hot room. Counter space is small in the bathroom, but adding one of the extra small tables worked out. Everything is clean, except for the walls, they're a bit gross. Had to clean some myself and dust a few doors.

Location is excellent, very close to J station (Kosciuszko), a lot of shops nearby. Not too many restaurants, just a lot of pizzerias, but it was ok. 15-30 minutes to jazz clubs, very close to an excellent record store. Neighborhood is safe, you can feel the flavor of daily living in Brooklyn. The apartment is really nice with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the kitchen. We slept in the bedroom, while our teenage kids occupied the living room. WiFi is ok, although we used paid eSims during our stay in NYC. We used the opportunity to store our luggage on the last day in the closet outside. Thank you!

Great value property in New York. Close to Metro. Supermarkets nearby. Well decorated, clean and well stocked apartment. Good communication and responsive to requests. Would recommend booking and would stay again.

Stairs would be difficult with heavy luggage or if you have mobility issues. Not a fault just important to be aware when booking.

All great!! The flat was clean and really good equipped. Very close to a metro station and a medium market. Communication was easy and quickly.

It was a great experience, the apartment is very cozy, clean and pleasant. There are supermarkets nearby, the subway station is also nearby and is 15 minutes from Manhattan.

Cosy accommodation, nicely decorated, spacious, clean, in a beautiful building

Not a very nice neighbourhood, having to hand over a deposit, where with the exchange rates I lost more than 20 € between what I handed over and what I received.
