Logan House, Modern and Spacious Townhouse close to City Centre

Thank you very much for accommodating us. The house is absolutely lovely, spacious, comfortable and modern. There's everything that you need. We felt like we were in our own house. Big bedrooms and bathroom, spacious living room, separate dining room with big table and lovely open kitchen. Very clean, close to the city centre. Our child and dog felt fantastic there and we had a wonderful Christmas time. Thank you! The only thing was that the parking space was on the busy street.

One of the wardrobe shelves was broken and no separate parking space. But there were minor issues.

Easy stay. A very minor issue was sorted very quickly. Impressed

No major issues. Perhaps a bigger dust mat at the door as I was always worried about dirtying the light carpet! Also there was a wall light which touched an interior door when it opened. and I was worried about it breaking. I want to make clear these are very minor issues and we were very happy with the stay

Properly is spotless and cosy. We booked to bring our daughter to uni and will definitely be booking again for our future visits. Close to centre, uni, train station. Co-op few doors away, chip shop and sandwich shop across the road. House has everything you need for your stay, late check out arranged for a small fee. All in all a great stay, look forward to coming back soon.

Liked everything

The house was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient within an easy drive of the city. No issues with the shower so maybe this has been fixed.

The staircase is quite steep and could be a hazard for some. It can be tricky finding a park directly outside and the shopkeepers across the road don’t take kindly to cars being parked there. Would have liked net curtains on the front windows for more privacy as house is directly on the street but overall a great stay.

Smell of dogs. we saw no evidence of dog hair but the smell lingered. The steep stairs were a bit of an issue for slightly older travellers. This also applied to access to the toilet from bedrooms. House is on a main road so traffic noise woke those sleeping at front.

There were 2 keysafes and we kept trying the wrong one. Then we could not open the right one but eventually we mastered it. Clear instructions would have been good Long way to bathroom in middle of night
