The Annex

The location was perfect - near enough to the city centre but in a quiet location. The property was modern and nicely furnished. The bathroom was spacious and airy, the kitchen had everything we needed ; the lounge area was cosy and the bedroom well proportioned. Nice touches were milk and orange juice in the fridge, coffee, tea and biscuits for us on arrival. Louise, the host, was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was spot on.

The only thing that I could think of is they don't have an iron.

Wonderful spot, had everything we needed and hosts were welcoming and friendly. (Shower was amazing!) Wish we had stayed longer.

Our hosts were exemplary and went the extra mile. Could not ask for better. Ideal location for our trip and top notch.

لم يعجبني تعامل مالكة السكن ( الملحق ) حيث رفضت دخولي أنا وزوجتي للسكن وطلبت مني استعادة مفتاح الباب بعدما احضرت زوجتي وحقائب السفر من السيارة لأسباب أجهلها من مالكة السكن مما اضطرني للبحث عن سكن آخر وبعدها اكتشفت أنها ذكرت في بوكينج ان سبب الغاء الحجز أنني حضرت للسكن ومعي أطفال وهذا الكلام عارٍ تماماً من الصحة وكلامها كذب وافتراءات علينا. وأطالب بوكينج استعادة مبلغ الحجز الخاص بي وعدم التعامل مع مثل هؤلاء الأشخاص مما يعكس صورة سيئة عن تطبيقكم بوكينج
