The property was exceptional. Absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our stay was so comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

The location was good for exploring the city and the south side of the Solway. The Annex was a good base for a short stay with good facilities.

Opening the key box was very stiff. A pair of scissors and a bread knife in the kitchen would be beneficial. The cups looked very nice but due to the design they were difficult to carry upstairs when they were full.

This charming annex is well presented and an ideal base for work or leisure. The added advantage of having a kitchen made it a home from home. Would highly recommend it and the owner was very accommodating.

Loved everything about the annex. Beautiful fresh decor, spotlessly clean. Every facility available from parking, outdoor seating, full kitchen utilities and an extremely comfortable bed. Everything within the Annex is at such a high spec, it was beautiful. Will book again when I’m back in the area.

I couldn’t fault anything. Every detail has been well thought out.
