The location was good and it was nice and quiet. Easy check-in.

I didn’t like that the bathroom was part of the bedroom. The wifi was not as good as described.

We loved the quirkiness of the place. It had all that we needed and was comfortable. It's great that there is a multifuel fire in the property, sadly we did not get to use it as weather was warm so not needed.

Lovely little apartment in a very nice village. Everything you need for a short stay. I would stay again.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and upstairs you need to be careful not to bump your head on the beams.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and decorated. Everything we needed. We loved the log burner, but the apartment wouldn't have been warm enough for our old bones without it. Logs and kindling at the butchers opposite (along with excellent pies) Location great for visiting Carlisle. Local shops very convenient and easy parking most,y outside the apartment. The owner popped in on our first day to welcome us.

Upstairs! While beautifully set out, the low beams were a hazard especially the one across the floor. I was quite anxious,especially at night. Also, it took us some time to find the light switches. This is all very personal. The apartment is really lovely...just not for us.

Very clean and well presented. Ideal location for our needs. Dalston a great place for a base to explore the surrounding areas.

As a tall person I had to take extra care negotiating the upstairs with the low beams and slopping roof and was unable to stand up straight in bathroom.
