The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good. It was safe and secure and convenient for shops, including a baker nearby.

There was conflicting information regarding hot water. In one place it said you had to turn the hot water on just before using, in another it said hot water was constantly available. We only had one warm shower and the other times it was cold due to the fact that we couldn’t find a switch - if there even was one! Also, the information provided said there was laundry service but when we enquired we were told there wasn’t. Suggest they review all the information located in the apartment. There was only one toilet roll for our four night stay. When we made enquiries we were told we had to buy more ourselves. Questionable as the property information says it is provided. The listing details a terrace, this is actually the shared walkway to the apartments. Outdoor furniture consisted of a single chair provided for the use of smokers.

Very comfortable and well equipped small apartment. Carlos and Lucero always responded promptly to messages and resolved minor maintenance issues quickly. Towels and sheets changed, and room cleaned twice a week by resident manager / cleaning lady.

Spacious, clean and well-equiped apartment with a few little things that could be improved though. Parking possible in the closed yard.

The bed is a bit too narrow for two people. There's was no toilet seat and no hot water. The toilet flush does not work for a while once used (refilling takes ages). The neighborhood doesn't look too good and it's a no bit far from the center.
