The apartment was not bad. The rest was a nightmare.

There is no human contact upon check in, other than an impersonal key lock and electronic messages. A What's app number is given but you don't even know who you are speaking to. The apartment comes with a 1x2 inch sponge, no dish cloth or tea towel (though indicated in information card), one hand towel & small dry towel for bathroom. It does come with 8 paper napkins and 2 small leftover rolls of toilet paper and if you want more she will gladly charge you more for them. The bed sheet had a hole and the bed was most uncomfortable. Then you have to spend an hour reading and trying to figure out how to turn on the fridge and hot water. The apartment did have lots of potential and was clean however. On the 2nd day of my stay we had strong rain and winds. I returned to the apt. around 7pm and soon after this heavy and intensive banging began. I later contacted the owner to ask if someone was banging the gate or work was being done. She just responded that it had nothing to do with the building. She managed everything by cameras instead of attending in person. I assumed they would stop working eventually but it went on thru the night and I never slept. The next morning I contacted the owner again and she got rude with me saying that she had 10 other guests and I was the only one complaining and that someone had passed by the building and saw nothing. I told her I could not have this any longer and it would have to stop or I needed a refund to leave. She responded that she did not give refunds and that I could just leave the keys there and leave. I started to look around to see where the noise was coming from. I discovered that a sheet of metal on the roof over my bed and connecting with the bathroom had come loose by going onto the flat roof using the stairs. The day went on and she never recontacted me. When I returned later in the day I decided to place a stone on the sheet metal to stop the noise.

Tout est parfait : l’appartement est spacieux, propre et très agréable. La climatisation se trouve dans la chambre et plusieurs ventilateurs sont à disposition. La literie est très confortable, la télévision fonctionne parfaitement (accès à la TV en direct et possibilité de se connecter à Netflix ou autres plateformes). La cuisine est bien équipée. À ce prix-là, c’est vraiment imbattable. Le check-in en autonomie est un vrai plus, et le numéro WhatsApp est très réactif : les réponses arrivent presque immédiatement
