The apartment was a 25 minute walk away from the international ferry to Belize which suited my needs. It was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location was quiet and felt very secure. WiFi signal was good and consistent.

Water only got mildly hot after letting shower run for some time, but it was hot enough to get under. Fridge made a fair bit of noise when plugged in.
