Nice compact kitchen. Comfortable and warm, nice shower room.

Too close to main road noise at times. Some pots not clean from previous guests.

Very clean, good facilities. Easy check in. Milk, coffee, tea and biscuits provided. Lovely and warm. Good position for what we wanted close to station and bus stop.

As one of us slept on the sofa bed, trafic noise was a slight problem but no noise in the bedroom.

Property was clean. Bed creaked very loudly every time you moved,we left early because of it. There's a sofa bed in the front room but the traffic noise is awful due to single pane windows. Check before you book to see if these problems have been sorted out.

The whole house looks very clean: the bathroom light with choice to turn on the mirror light is great. The double bed mattress and bedding sheets are very comfortable. The towels in a set of three sizes are soft. The modern kitchen is quite well-equipped & the extra biscuits and special teabags are lovely gentle touch! The e-communication with the owner is good (from that we knew exactly what food we need to bring & what they can provide already there). We love reading about the history of the shop from their menu, and the ancient map of old Crediton on the wall. Their IKEA armchairs in the lounge are so comfy that we want to buy too if we had have space at home! Overall, we have a lovely stay in this cutie well worthy bungalow. Will book again especially there is a car parking space at the back yard included in the rent, Excellent!.

The bedroom at the back of the house is quiet. The comfortable sofa bed is in the lounge at the front room which is just a thin wall away from the street (as its historical shop was located). Hence, if you are used to hearing cars passing by or if you have no problem with the street noise from pedestrians, then you’ll be fine.
