Green Island in the downtown with free parking

Very cozy aparment close to everything in Debrecen. The host informed us well, it was easy to access the aparment and the parking space in the garage was very convenient.

Nothing major, just to mention something for improvement, we would have liked a bigger more comfortable couch in the living room.

I stayed at this apartment, and overall, it has some great positives. The location is excellent, the mattresses are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped, including an automatic coffee machine. It also has air conditioning, and the apartment is very quiet with no noise disturbances. Szilvia came right away to replace the showerhead, which was in bad shape, and the sheets and towels were clean.

The apartment could use a deeper clean in other areas. The sofa and cushions haven’t been washed, as they have stains and smell dusty. The pillows were very flat, which made sleeping uncomfortable. There is a lot of dust, and the bathrooms have mold. While these things don’t need to be cleaned between every guest, they should be addressed periodically. The lamps were covered in dust that seemed like it had been there for more than three weeks, and the toilet brush also needs to be replaced because it's really unpleasant. In general, the apartment is fine for a night or two, but I wouldn't stay here for a longer period.

The location was great, close enough to the center, but far enough from the city noise.

Nice and quite comfortable apartment.

The upper floor had a too low ceiling... Just behind the corner, there was some 24/7 liqueur store, strange people on the street.
