- Lage - netter Vermieter / sehr zuvorkommend - große Räume

- im Apartment sind Dinge die man in naher Zukunft mal austauschen bzw. behandeln sollte. - Sauberkeit könnte an manchen Stellen besser sein. Man sieht das da nur grob sauber gemacht wird/wurde.
