"Good for one night if you are going to watch a match."

Netter unkomplizierter Vermieter sowie unkomplizierte Schüsselübergabe. Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. 7 min bis Bus oder U Bahn.

Enger Parkplatz vor dem Haus. War etwas schwierig ein und ausparken, da auf der Strasse resp. Fussweg auch Auto parkiert waren. Am zweiten Abend auf der Strasse parkiert beim Nachbarshaus da alle Parkplätze belegt waren.

"Nette ruhige Wohnung mit guter Lage."

Ein sehr ruhiges Haus. Wir waren zum Fussball. War alles da was man braucht. 15min zu Fuß zum Stadion auch top. U Bahn 300m entfernt. Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Netter Gastgeber. War persönlich vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt. Griechisches Lokal im gleichen Haus auf der anderen Seite. War auch sehr lecker. Bin rund um zufrieden.

Gibt's nichts.

"Sitio perfecto para pasar unos dias en Dortmund"

Las camas eran comodas y la ubicacion cerca de metro. Fuimos por un partido de futbol y esta a 20 minutos andando del estadio. El anfitrión muy agradable.

"Top Lage zur Westfalenhalle"

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man kann die Westfalenhalle fußläufig erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Restaurant sind auch in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist ein Plus. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die Betten sind sehr gut und man hat ausreichend Platz um sein Gepäck/Kleidung unter zu bringen.

Das Badezimmer ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Temperatur der Dusche lässt sich sehr schlecht regulieren. Leider waren sowohl Bad als auch Küche nicht richtig sauber. Die Möbel sind zum Großteil abgewohnt, was schade ist, weil die Wohnung eigentlich viel Potenzial bietet. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man den Aufenthalt für die Gäste angenehmer gestalten. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren nicht vorhanden.
